INGREDIENTS:
Thin
2 tablespoons butter
or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoons salt
Medium
1/4 cup margarine or
or margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoons salt
Thick
1/4 cup margarine or
butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoons salt
PROCEDURE:
Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour; gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Add salt and cook, stirring until thickened.
***Yield: 2 cups
