6 cups glutinous
2 1/2 cups coconut cream Pinch salt
4 tablespoons grated young coconut
1 tablespoon white sugar
1. Wash the glutinous rice
2. Place in a thick saucepan or

4. Arrange in a platter and garnish with grated young coconut and sprinkle with sugar.
