Cheese Sauce

YOU WILL NEED:
1 ¼ cups of cheese, grated
1 cup water
½ cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon margarine
2 teaspoon salt
HERE’S HOW:
Melt the margarine in the saucepan over a gentle heat, add the flour, salt and cheese. With continuous stirring add the water and milk until sauce smoothens.
