Adobong Kangkong

INGREDIENTS:
1 bundle of Kangkong
3 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon calamansi syrup
1 grain garlic
PROCEDURE:
1. Wash and slice Kangkong.
2. Sauté garlic until golden brown and put the Kangkong
3. Put the calamansi syrup and let it boil.
4. Add soy sauce and sugar.
*orka and sigarilyas can substitute kangkong.
